McCormick, Seaman & Terrana is headquartered in St. Petersburg, Florida, and successor to Glenn E. McCormick Company, Inc. “GEMCO” which was founded in 1944. Scott W. Seaman began working for the firm in 1985 when he became a partner. Scott Seaman is a St. Petersburg native and graduated from e Florida State University in 1981. Donald J. Terrana, joined the firm in 1996, becoming partner in 2016. Terrana was born in Buffalo and relocated to the St. Petersburg at age 13 and graduated from The University of South Florida in 1981. With combined experience of over 90 years; McCormick, Seaman & Terrana are established leaders in the real estate appraisal industry.
Consulting
The firm specializes in properties located in the Tampa Bay Area, including Pinellas, Pasco, Hillsborough and Manatee Counties, although assignments outside of the Tampa Bay Market are possible. We provide residential and commercial appraisal reports as well as consulting services to a wide range of clients. We have done appraisal work for Eckerd College, University of South Florida, and Lutheran Church of the Cross School. We also work with many attorneys, CPA’s, and health care providers such as BayCare and All Children’s Hospital.

The consulting service provides rental analysis, feasibility studies and real estate asset options. This service is provided also when clients do not need a full appraisal assignment. The process includes pulling comparables for a property and a verbal discussion of numbers but not a value estimate.
